10/25/2023 0 Comments Minecraft a fatal error has occurred this connection is terminated technic launcher![]() The only fix we have come up with is to wipe the player's better questing data and that seems to fix the problem temporarily. It is a spongeforge server running quite a few plugins, but we do not have issues like this on any of our 1.12 servers except for the ones running BQM, and the logs all seem to tell the same story. : Unexpected change in BQ packet byte length: 4166 > 1832148ģ.5.275 (StoneBlock modpack version: 1.0.26) : There was a critical exception handling a packet on channel BQ_NET_CHAN I believe it is related to the tank trying to render a liquid that isnt compatible with the new forge fluid system. As you can see, the stacktrace goes through the better questing packet handler, and spits out this error: This is an example of the log that the client gets after trying to connect to our server. The only thing that stands out to me is the fact that it states it’s trying to connect with mods that are missing, however I have all the same mods installed client-side. The credentials are valid, and and notch are up because I have tried to launch minecraft on another computer and it works. ![]() ![]() Ive got some mods installed and cant find the problem. A lot of our players have been having issues connecting to our servers, and the log always points to the BQM packets having an "unexpected changed in length." when the client attempts a connection with the server. Minecraft crashes after I click 'Login' at the Minecraft Launcher Window. Hey, Ive got the problem that I get a fatal error whenever I start the server and I can not fix it. ![]()
