So now part 2, as I managed to uninstall Office 2013 there surfaced the fact that it took along with it the entries in "New" context menu (Example : New Word Document, New Excel Sheet etc), so basically I did my research and found that other had such problem where it was fixed by smoothly navigating to "Add / Remove Programs" in "Control Panel", picking Office 2019 and clicking uninstall where a window pops up granting you to choose from "Quick repair", "Repair" & "Uninstall" where "Quick repair" manages to do the job for them in a minute, now to my luck when I followed these instructions I ended up with a window where the only choice present was "Uninstall". ![]() So basically on one laptop it crashed windows beyond repair, on another it kept two copies of office leaving me worried about Outlook data if I managed to uninstall 2013 until I was able to find the new database store location as apparently it changed since office 2010 and Google persist to display results that relate to older location etc. So as I have posted earlier that upgrading from Office 2013 to 2019 doesn't go as smooth as that of 2016 to 2019. ![]()
